Opening hours, holidays and contact procedures
Physical office hours at Gardermoen: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Phone line availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The office is closed on holidays and public holidays. On weekdays during Easter week, our scheduled summer holiday (weeks 29-30-31), and weekdays in the Christmas season, the office remains closed - but the phone will still be open. Reminder: Certification examinations can be completed up to 45 days before expiration . This ensures enough time


Important notes for the examinations
In order for the examinations to go as quickly and smoothly as possible, we ask you to review the advice below. By preparing we save a lot of time. Class 1 certificates shall now also be registered in a new international register - EAMR. Remember - book the appointment well in advance (45-day rule) - everyone with a class 1 certificate is asked to bring their passport - bring glasses and the latest spectacle note if applicable - preferably wear glasses to the examination, not
