Physical office hours at Gardermoen: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Phone line availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

The office is closed on holidays and public holidays.

On weekdays during Easter week, our scheduled summer holiday (weeks 29-30-31), and weekdays in the Christmas season, the office remains closed—but the phone line will still be open.

Reminder: Certification examinations can—and should—be completed up to

45 days before expiration. This ensures enough time for further clarifications if needed.
